Please note: all prices are GST exclusive.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least a week prior to the booking. We try to always cater for all dietaries, however, we can be more prepared and provide better options if we are notified in advance.
For the healthy and safety of our staff, please let us know if our set up will be in a sheltered area.

BBQ Breakfast
$18 per person*
Guests will have a stand up setting with the choice of the following items:

Bacon and egg rolls

Sausage on a roll

Optional toppings of onions and cheese

Vegetarian /Vegan options available upon request

Assorted soft drinks, juices and water

Gluten-free bread available upon request
This menu caters for two units of food per person. We can also provide other meat options such as steak, but the price per head would vary.

Stand-up Lunch / Dinner
$20 per person*
Guests will have a stand-up setting with the choice of the following items:

Classic Menu
$38 per person*

Garden salad (lettuce, capsicum, spanish onion, carrot, tomato and cucumber)

Guests will have a buffet setting with the choice of the following items:

50g grain-fed scotch fillet minute steaks with
onion

Assorted soft drinks, juices, and water can be added for $4 per person.
All bbq equipment, cutlery, plates, waitresses and chefs are included in the prices.
Children under 12 years - $16 per head.

Deluxe Menu
$45 per person*
The Deluxe Menu is an extension of the Classic Menu, with an addition of the following items:

Lamb loin chops with homemade mint sauce

Marinated American pork ribs with chefs special sauce.
Seafood and Vegetarian options are also available upon request.

Children under 12 years - $18 per head.
Tailored Quotes
We can add extras (at cost) to any of the menu items but as the catering and food options are almost limitless we would need to quote for any changes separately. So, please advise on ordering if you wish to make any changes to these options.
Any type of food you would like cooked on the bbq can be accommodated. PLEASE contact us for an individual tailored quote for your BBQ luncheon or dinner requirements. We can also quote for groups of less than the minimum amount but there would, of course, be a higher cost per head for smaller groups.
